Important Details
1.) Lodge Rooms can fill up quickly — reserve as soon as possible to make sure you and your family or friends have a room! (Once the Lodge fills up, you can either reserve an RV/Tent site or make other plans with a local hotel — make sure to select the “Meals Only” package in that instance.)
2.) T-shirts only available for Early-birds! Please order before April 1, 2025 and add your T-shirt size under “Notes”.
3.) Food Restrictions equate to any food allergies or sensitivities a guest may have; we are unable to provide celiac meals, but we can accommodate gluten-free and vegan diets. If you have dietary restrictions/allergies, please call Can Zhou at the conference by April 21. These special meals will not be available otherwise! Please feel free to provide for your own needs and comfort regarding your food. A fridge is available for guests to safely keep special dietary items that are brought.
4.) Children ages 5 and up are invited — please call Can Zhou at the conference when registering guests ages 5-12 (parents or guardians of child must be registered guests attending this event).
5.) If you are planning to bring pets, please call Can Zhou at the conference first (we have the right to refuse pets if you are not able to meet the requirements – also, no pets will be allowed if you do not register them before April 21, 2025).
*** For 3 Guests in a lodge room (2 beds in a room), it is $222 per person (after April 1, $237 per person). Please call Can at ext. 325 to register 3 to-a-room and have the names of two other people who will be sharing the room.
